After a successful first year of trading, Build Recruitment has secured an additional Board Director who has opened a new London office and will penetrate the FM & Property sector. We are keen to hear from recruitment professionals who are keen to join the team at this very exciting time of growth.
Our internal growth will focus on three key areas, firstly acquisition of high calibre consultants to penetrate new markets, secondly to hire Resorucers to build around the consultants, using innovative resourcing methods. Lastly, we will be open to Joint Venture opportunities with individuals or teams of people who want equity form the start and are willing to share some risk to achieve this.”
The business has put aside a significant portion of equity to use for an EMI scheme for all sales staff. There is an exit strategy in place which we anticipate happening in 2017 and
want everyone that contributes to the growth of Build Recruitment to share in
