Chris Ewart – Managing Director
Chris has over 12 years experience within recruitment working for companies including, Social Housing, Capita, Blue Group International, Resourcing Group and Hamilton Bradshaw Human Capital. In 2003 and at the age of 25, Chris was one of the founding Directors of Technical Resourcing, a Joint Venture with Community Resourcing which formed the basis of the Resourcing Group, a leading recruitment business within the Public, Property, Construction and Maintenance Sectors.
Initially specialising in public sector recruitment, Chris was responsible for starting a new Private Sector business unit specialising in Consultancy, Property, Maintenance and Construction. Although only started in 2007, this business unit grew year on year, through the recession, and within 3 years made up a quarter of the Resourcing Group’s net profit.
Chris briefly took the role of Managing Director at Resourcing Group before deciding to exit and take on Non-Executive Director roles as well as creating new investment opportunities.
From starting out as a Resourcer and progressing to MD, Chris has been a lucrative fee earner, won many large contracts through business development, successfully established and grown start-up desks and been responsible for multiple divisions and offices.
Chris’ strategic experience covers start-up companies, joint ventures, life-style businesses, build-to-sell enterprises as well as taking companies to market and negotiating trade sales.
